Hi, 

Our non for profit currently uses Qualtrics to collect data on our clients so we can apply for important funding. Sign ins are asked of clients every time they participate in an event or program.  We supply iPads and a QR code for clients to complete survey with necessary demographic questions. This is quite inconvenient for clients, especially when they are regulars who are constantly refilling the same survey. 

Is there a way to use Qualtrics as a membership sign in system, where a client who pays for a membership to our Centre, can use an individual QR code or identifying number etc so the Demographics autofill? 

Perhaps the first question on the survey could ask if they were a member and then prompt them to enter an identifying code which would then trigger an autofill of that particular members demographics. 

We already us JoinIt as a membership platform but are able to use the digital membership cards supplied there in any useful way with Qualtrics.
