Hi how do I upgrade account to export my Data please?

Can somebody please advise how I can upgrade my account to export my data? Thanks

Good luck with this one.
According to the documentation, you have to upgrade to the CoreXM Standard plan to export your raw data, but do so at your own peril. It often takes some time for the account upgrade to actually go through, so do not do this if you are in a rush.
For example I paid $360 to upgrade 5 days ago and still have not been able to download my raw data. All in all, strap yourself in for some frustration.
