Did you contact support? We are having a Text iQ issue that they have been working on for 2 weeks.
Yes we did, all they say is changes take some time to save which isn't helping us at an organizational level

And I spoke with Qualtrics support yesterday who said that ability to publish changes across multiple questions is in the work, but there is no ETA.
The loading latency is "working as expected" according to Qsupport - I guess their expectations are that low. Must be nice to have to live up to such low expectations.
We've had issues with Text iQ updates to topics getting stuck in processing, usually at 50%. Each time we need to submit a help desk request to get it unstuck.
