I can see all users in admin tab, but how can I see how many more seats we have available left? For governance usage here. Thanks all. We have licensed XM btw.
I don't know if there's a way to tell the limit from inside of Qualtrics. Do you have a copy of your organization's contract, or a way to contact your Qualtrics Customer Success Rep?
I was able to reach out to support and provided the info I needed on seating. As a side note, this info would be nice to have in the admin user panel to save a phone call. Also, as a snapshot, visually it would allow Brand Admin the quick ability to govern usage and account access. Thank you for the response!
Has the admin tab been updated so we can see how many total available seats we have? I’m pretty sure it’s in the contract but was hoping not to have to comb through it, unless necessary.
