How can I email multiple (but not all) people on a list

I have added new contacts to a list and would like to send an email only to the new contacts. 

When attempting to distribute, I only have two choices (1) send to the entire list or (2) send to one person on the list. How can I send to multiple (but not all) people on the list without having to send invitations out individually or having to create another list?

    There’s not really an option to select multiple individuals to send to within a list. Probably the best option is, if you have XM Directory, to create a sample of the list with conditions that select only the newly-added members. Then send the message to that sample.
