We have three people who need to conduct multiple QAs. I've been using anonymous links to do this from the survey I built. I also need others to conduct the survey and pull the advance report (customized formatting). They are collaborators on the original survey in my account. I exported a QSF for them, and they imported it to their accounts. The first time I did this, it worked for them. Now they have a new survey, but they say they can't run a report. I tested it, and the report metrics disappeared - I had to add those back in. I don't know what I did differently. QUESTION: Do I collaborate using my account and continue with anonymous links - distribute a different one for each of us? (I had done this in the past too.)
Hi there, have you tried exporting the Advanced-Reports from the original survey to a QRF?

Thank you! I tried it, and it worked. Now the issue is sustainability. This is more than the other team members want to deal with. I'll have to think through how to make it a "no-brainer" for them to use the QA form and produce a report w/o pulling their hair.
Glad it worked! Hmm, not sure of the particulars of the study but if you're trying to minimize the amount that the team members have to do to view the Advanced Reports for their form, you could make all of the separate surveys under your account, configure the Advanced Report for each as desired, and then your user can collaborate the surveys out to the team members as appropriate with full permissions.
Within the Advanced Reports, you can make a password protected public report for each team member to access their Report, or you can set up set up a Scheduled Email to send the Reports out according to a schedule, perhaps daily.
