I'm using a multiple-choice question with six items, and only one is correct. So far, I've been able to use validation so participants can only move on to the next question if they select the correct answer; however, I would also like to get data on how many attempts it takes them to get the right choice. Is this possible?

+28Hi there, if you still need, I came across a similar thread recently that addresses this. In that, I found some JavaScript that will update an Embedded Data field with how many times a question receives a Validation Error:
