How can set a display logic in matrix table

I am designing a timetable via matrix table for my participants. These participants need to select 3 time slots. And each time slot is maximally for three participants. Is there any approach to achieve this in matrix table？ Thank you.

You can only use display logic on rows or columns, not individual cells. A multiple choice question with the dates as choice groups would work better. That way you could add display logic to each unique date/time slot.
