+1I am creating a survey where a parent will complete a questionnaire about their child. I then want the parent to send the questionnaire to a teacher to also complete the questionnaire about their child. Is there a way that Qualtrics can generate a link to make it easy for the parent to email the questionnaire link to the teacher? Also - can I generate an automatic code to link the questionnaires together?

I don’t know what your overall setup is, but you shouldn’t ask the parent to do that. At worst, ask the teacher’s email in the parent questionnaire. Then trigger a workflow on parent questionnaire completion in which you’ll add the teacher to the XM Directory and send them an invitation to the teacher. You can pass the parent questionnaire’s response ID as embedded data into the teacher questionnaire to link both surveys.

+58If I understand correctly, you can’t have the teachers emails: only the parents have it.
You could use the same principle but send the 2nd invitation to the parents themselves, asking them to forward it to the teachers.
