My study involves participants being randomly assigned to watch 1 of 3 videos. The videos are in a block and are separate items. When I downloaded the data for SPSS I realized that the block isn't there, and there isn't a way for me to tell which video each participant saw. Is there a step I'm missing to be able to see what each person watched?

I would use embedded data in the survey flow. You use groups in the randomizer and you set each block to Video = 1 or Video = 2 or Video 3. You might be able to collect it post response, but I'm not sure.
