How much time does Qualtrics take to resend the emails which were bounced on the first try?
Example: I have sent a survey invitation via email to say 100 people and 10 of them got bounced back.
Is there a way to know whether they were hard bounces or soft bounces?
Also, I saw on the Qualtrics support page that, Qualtrics retry sending the emails after a while which got bounced earlier.
Anyone know the time period or when does Qualtrics resends the bounced emails?

Hi again,
In the Distributions tab, click Emails. Find your distribution and click the menu button to the right, and choose "Download history". That will generate a csv file with a column showing the email status for each survey recipient. (If you use Directories, a similar report can be downloaded under Distributions.)
You may want to contact Support to find out the when soft bounces are retried. (I don't believe that hard bounces are retried at all.)
