how should I set up a survey that will have different questions per week | XM Community

Hi,
I'm new to Qualtrics and I have a Barometer type of project as baseline, but I need to include additional questions depending on the week and report on them in the Dashboard.
Pre-pilot – Standard 4 questions + 1 question based on the week.

  1. Survey will be sent in 4 batches, so week count is not static, we need to consider the week 1,2,3, etc. based on the survey entries.

  2. Every Thursday email will trigger to the respondents.

  3. If respondents completes the week 1 then we need to show week 2 question, same as remaining weeks.

Can anyone guide me or tell me if there is a possibility to do this or if some of them managed to do it.
Thanks,

So the week count is based on the number of surveys the respondent has previously completed, not the date the survey is being completed? In other words, for example, you could have some respondents completing the week 3 survey at the same time others are completing week 2 or even week 1, correct? If this is the case then it might be too complicated to do this all in a single survey; you might be better off having a separate survey for each batch. You could use Actions or Triggers to create an email list of respondents from each wave who will be emailed the invite to the next wave.
But if the week count is based on the point in time, however, then you could use a single survey put each week's new question(s) in a separate Block in the Survey Flow, and adjust the logic accordingly each time you send it out.
