How to add 100+ answers options in a multiple choice question (from an Excel file) ?

Hi everyone,
I want my students to choose a currency from a dropdown list, but there are 170 currencies ! (I have a CSV file with a single column of 170 currencies).
How could I upload my CSV file to not have to enter it manually ?
I want to do the exact same thing as it is possible for drill down questions.

I think you can enter a long list of choices by referring to the following Qtip.
