Hi Qualtrics Community
I have three Results-Reports that use the same bucketing sub-classifications. I have entered each in the same order and created in the same way in Bucketing. However, when I create Results-Reports, the bucketted columns appear in different orders in different reports. For example, Results 1 might show columns A/B/C while Results 2 might show columns B/A/C. Because I need to compare across Results, I need the columns in the same order.
Any help is greatly appreciated as I have been waiting for a week for an answer from the Customer Hub Team.
