Hi All,
How do I collect meta data in the survey?
Im not understanding what this means in the link
Its just saying simply add it
Im trying to collect below sort of info??
Do i need to add a question with name “metadata” and make the condition display = false?

It’s a question type. You’ll find it in the dropdown. The reason the text says you need to add it to a page all respondents will see is because in surveys with skip logic you may skip pages or blocks (or incomplete surveys are accepted and your respondent won’t see the end of the survey). Just move it to the beginning of your survey with the intro text and you’ll be fine. The question itself does not actually display to users though you will see it in the preview.
