How to create a Yes/No single answer and add a text entry box for comments | XM Community

Hi,
I would like to have a text box for "Any comments?" that does not appear as an option to tick as its not mandatory and in terms of logic I would like people responding:

  • Yes and Add comments

  • No and Add comments

  • Yes or No with no comments

in the current setting with the "multiple choice" type, people can also choose Yes and No at the same time
Can someone help please on how to set up this answer?

Add a text entry question, "Any comments?" immediately after and on the same page as the Yes/No question.
