How to generate personal individualized responses through one survey link ?

I'm looking to have personalized survey link and collect data per individual for my survey , I want to incorporate one link in email body on third party platform .

Hi Hidayah,

I'd recommend checking out adding an Authenticator to your survey. Using an Authenticator in the Survey Flow, you can include a single link in an email and then respondents can authenticate against a contact list when they enter the survey.
