Hi there, I am looking to create an embedded CSAT survey question into our site structured in the following way-- is this possible with qualtrics? 

 

How relevant were the products presented?

  • 1-7 scale, with (1) “Not relevant” to “Very relevant” (7), with the numeric values in between.

 

I basically want the question structure of the preset NPS question, without the NPS style reporting since I am seeking a CSAT question. Attached is an example of the scale I am looking to do.

Two options:

@TomG , if we alter the NPS question with JS, will Qualtrics still analyze the data as it would for an NPS question? Ideally would like to avoid that.

Yes, if you use an NPS question Qualtrics would still categorize as detractors/passives/promoters and you would need to ignore that data.

The second solution doesn’t have that issue.
