My respondents are registering for an event -- and I want "old" dates to disappear as the days click by. However, display logic doesn't apply to choices within a multiple choice question ... so I'm at a loss.
How to make options within a question "disappear"

Yes, you cannot have inpage on options display logic. You can use jquery to achieve this with hide and show functionality.
