How to remove usertypes that are greyed out for removal? | XM Community

Is there a way for me as a Brand Administrator to remove default user types (like the trial accounts) added by Q themselves? I believe that we will never use 80% of those user types and I want to keep our environment clean.

The current issue is that all those account types are greyed out currently.

It is not possible to delete the default user type.


I agree with @Guruparan. I don’t think there’s a way to do so. You could try making the suggestion in the Ideas tab to add this feature in.


@romanop Infor from Qualtrics did confirm each of these types is a Qualtrics Global Type (i.e., they are built into the platform), and it is not possible to delete global types. They’re planning to phase them out in a future update to the platform.
