Hi everyone!
I'm desperately trying to replicate an existing questionnaire in Qualtrics so it can be administered online. The questionnaire in question is called: "Self-perception profile for adolescents" and was developed by Dr. Susan Harter. It has a "side by side" format but 2 possibilities are present in the center and they are separated by a "BUT". Also, only one answer must be registered for every question. Would you have any idea how I could configure such a questionnaire on the Qualtrics platform?

Exact same would not be possible but as TomG mentioned A bipolar Matrix which would look like below. I hope this works for you. It will be auto single select only from the 4 scale points.
