You need to play with it. You can do this using response export automation and save the data in SFTP path. then you can create another scheduler in SFTP to pull data via email. 

An alternative which may or may not meet what your looking for is create a very simple dashboard page with a table widget displaying the data you wish to display.  This is not an excel doc, but you can make it a boring/simple looking table of data and will update real time as new data comes in.  You did used to be able to share a public dashboard for non-qualtrics users but looks to only be a feature for gov or academic institutions now.
