Hi everyone,

I am quite new to Qualtrics and currently creating a survey that requires participants to upload a file at the end of the survey.

I know that you can export survey results - but this doesnt include the file upload (the actual file itself).

I know that you can also export the file upload file in bulk and this comes out in a zip file with all the file uploads but then you have to sort it through to connect it to the rest of the survey answers to know which file upload came from which participant.

Is there a better way on how I can do this process better?

Moreover, I am pretty new on automation and Qualtrics in general - is there a way that I can automate this process (download the file and survey answer to a specific local folder once every day for example) as this survey will be an ongoing survey?
