I’m working on rebranding some survey emails and sending tests to myself. they appear different in the test email than in Qualtrics where i’m building them and i asked Qualtrics why and they said its because
“This is an issue regarding the configuration of each mailbox on each recipient personal computer. The message is configured correctly, the difference is regarding the HTML configuration for each different mailbox.”
I attached a file of what Qualtrics sent me (looks correct when they get the test email) and then what it looks like when I receive the test email as well as what it looks like in Qualtrics where i built it.
Anyone else having this issue? How did you resolve?
