As mentioned above, Dropdown list to auto populate the email address.
I'm not seeing/finding the best choice for the formatting of the question to complete that function. Currently it shows Q8 the dropdown list then continues to Q9 a text fill for the email!?!
To my mind there is something simplistic in nature i'm missing in order to complete this task!?! PLEASE see the attachment.

+27You could use a drill down question. That will get you most of the way there, but the respondent will have to select the email address even though there will only be one choice to select from.
If you are interested, I have a function, ddAutoComplete, that auto-populates drill down selects with only one choice.
+4TomG, as I was volunteered for the Admin roll, I am asking for a customer of mine, that being said... let me expand some info.... It is a multiple choice Question, However, they only allow a single choice from the dropdown list. also they also have a list of the email addresses that can be matched one to one!?!?!
My apologies for a lack of competent description's on this.
