You could use a drill down question. That will get you most of the way there, but the respondent will have to select the email address even though there will only be one choice to select from.
If you are interested, I have a function, ddAutoComplete, that auto-populates drill down selects with only one choice.

TomG, as I was volunteered for the Admin roll, I am asking for a customer of mine, that being said... let me expand some info.... It is a multiple choice Question, However, they only allow a single choice from the dropdown list. also they also have a list of the email addresses that can be matched one to one!?!?!
