Please attempt to configure your logic within the Survey Flow. Add a 'Branch' in the survey flow and set the condition as 'If the AGE is below 18.' Then, add 'End of Survey' below this branch. You can modify the message in the 'End of Survey' element by clicking on the 'Customize' option available in 'End of Survey.' If your message for all other conditions is the same, you can incorporate those conditions within this branch. However, if they differ, you will need to add separate blocks for each condition.

Once you have completed these steps, remember to 'Publish' your survey and preview it.

Hi Sachin, 

Thank you for your response! I followed your directions and did a test run of the survey. When selecting an age below 18 I press next and it takes me to the next survey question rather than taking me to the end of the survey. 

It appears the branch logic is not being followed. Any other tips?

Please ensure your survey flow follows this sequence:

1. Embedded variables
2. Survey question blocks (up to the question about age or other logics)
3. Your Branch logic custom End of survey
4. All other survey question blocks
5. Default End of survey

Thank you for your help. I have attached a screenshot of the workflow. There are no logics added to the survey questions, and there is no embedded variables that we have added- just the branch logic.

I understand now why you're encountering another question instead of being directed to the end of the survey after selecting an age below 18. According to your 'Survey Flow', you have configured it so that you will encounter one more question from the 'Do not meet criteria for survey' block before being directed to the End of Survey.

If you wish to avoid seeing that question, you need to remove it from before the 'End of Survey' block and add it to your other survey blocks.
