I am new to qualtrics. I am using the import function from a .txt file.
I would like to add in my question description a clickable URL. How can I do it within the txt file to be imported?

You cannot import a txt file in Qualtrics. It's better to make a pdf version of the description then upload it in files library. Then get it's url and then use ahref function in html view and use target blank. This should get your desired setup.
