Looking for ideas on how to control the language if the respondent is using an inbound access code. We will have an instrument that is translated into 12 languages.

Hello Harnisch if the SMS is to be sent out from Qualtrics, then you would be required to convert the inbound codes into Qualtrics Language codes such that it sends out the translated version of the SMS.
If you are using a separate distribution system, then you can use the survey flow logic using branch if conditions for EX: if InboundCode= EN-GB then you can set embedded value Q_Language =EN, such that the survey appears in that particular language.
