Incomplete survey responses not categorized as recorded response. | XM Community

I have updated survey option as per below screen but in Data and Analysis tab, response in progress are not progressing to recorded responses even after 1 hour of survey start time. Am I missing some setup.

you can record all the responses manually also

Hi Vishal,

You might want to double-check your survey is meeting the criteria to record a response in general. :)

 


You might want to ensure that those settings changes are published.
