Hi 

 

I have a B2B survey that has very low response rates, i can not use reminders in this survey and the survey is send just to one person per business with a quarantine of 30 days per business. 

 

Do you have any tips or best practices i can use to increase the response rate?
maybe other cases you have seen that works that i can adapt to our case?

 Some of the below tips could be helpful: 

  • Create personalized survey invitations and questions to make responders feel valued. Use piped text to include their name or other important information.
  • Keep your survey short to enhance the chances of completion.
  • Make the survey easy to read and navigate in order to improve respondent experience and completion rates.
  • Using skip logic ensures that respondents only see relevant questions, making the survey feel more personalized and efficient.

To add to the above:

  • Include survey question within the email invitation - this should give you a rather significant response rate boost
  • Make sure to close the loop with respondents (if applicable) - this will ensure future response rates 
  • Communicate to all customers about what you’ve learned, how this will be used to improve their experience; and once improvements are implemented, communicate that as well

The first point is for immediate response rate improvement, and the last 2 are for future
