Hello. Has anyone been able to figure out a work around to have a Slider as an Inline Email Question?

You can custom code it or you can do this workaround have a Survey URL with query parameter value behind a star Image in the email body. For e.g. Survey URL&StarValue=2. You can use this as a default choice to prefill the stars. The stars have values 1,2,3,4,5.. based on number of fills. Hence, when respondent clicks he will see the stars prefilled.
