Hi

I am using Positly to recruit participants and the Qualtrics integration information they have doesn’t work and is in fact out of date, because they have changed their screens.

They say I have to set up embedded data in qualtrics to capture the Positly panel user id, however when I go into Qualtrics to do this it has no understanding of Positly and so I am stuck. As I have said the stuff on their website is out of date and lacks details, so is useless.

Any ideas or suggestions?

The requirement is to integrate Positly and qualtrics. 

the issue is the Positly instruction video relates to an old version of Positly.

Therefore it is unclear how you setup Qualtrics to take the Positly data such as participantID

Add these embedded data at the top of the survey flow.
