Hi zacharyy, it might be helpful if you can explain what you're trying to achieve? If the only thing you're seeking to do is capture the tracking numbers that people are entering into the search bar, then I'd suggest that Qualtrics is not the correct tool.

You webpage is external and you have to look for API to connect your portal with Qualtrics. But its not a good solution. OR you can manually load your file to qualtrics for storage purpose.
