Is it possible to block a specific email address in a form?

Hi everyone,
I have a panel sign-up form on Qualtrics and someone is signing up multiple times using the same email address. Is there a way to block a specific email address from being entered in the email address field to prevent this from happening?

Hi DannyDelve ,
If you simply want to prevent a single email address from passing through the form, you could use custom validation with a condition where the fields is not equal to the email address you're trying to block.
