My client is looking to change the date format that is set by default when we download or set up automation of response export files from the data and analysis tab? I am unable to locate where we can make this change. Some help will be highly appreciated.

I don't think it is possible to do that. If so, I've been unable to locate it as well. I worked around that problem by creating an embedded data field containing the date in the client's format.
vgayraud How did you use the embedded field to be part of the export file name? Can you share an example please?
So I had a chat with support and found out that the date format cannot be changed as it is system generated and cannot be configured manually.
