Is the number of survey respondents limited with a university account?

I'm making my first survey from a university account, and want to check if there is a limit to the number of respondents. Additionally, is there a limit on the number of fields/questions that can be in the survey?

Welcome! If you're using an account provided by a university, there should be a Brand Admin who manages the accounts and oversees the settings for all accounts. Do you have a way of finding who that is? That is the person who can best answer your question.
