Is there a way to end the survey that lets users go back before they submit? | XM Community

I am trying to find a better way to end a survey in such a way that allows the user to go back and edit their answers before submitting.  I’ve done this with a text-only “question” as the last block, but this shows up on survey response emails.  This is confusing because the text of my custom message says something like, “You have not submitted yet...”  In the context of the survey, this is true, but in the context of the report/email or a response summary, it isn’t true and confuses respondents.

Ideally, the End of Survey block would have an option to submit to finish the survey.  But it only shows up after the user has submitted.

Is there a better way to allow users to confirm their finial submission that doesn’t show up on the survey response report email?

Thanks in advance.

Hello @ProfStringer,

I would suggest you explore the ‘Table of Content’ option for your scenario. Once they completed answering, the responsdent is directed to a conclusion page that lists all blocks in the survey and asks if they’re ready to submit their answers. If the respondent is ready, they can click the submit button. If they’re not ready, they can click on any of the blocks to review their answers.

For more information refer the link.

Let me know if this helps.
