I know that when the data is exported you can see ‘progress’ and if they have finished the survey or not, however, that does not indicate how much of the survey the participant actually filled out. I am wondering this for when it comes time for data cleaning - will I have to go through all of the responses to see if participants have filled out at least 80% of the survey (to keep their data), or is there an alternative way to see the quantity of data collected from each participant?

I think you can use data filters to clean the data. For example - If you have a survey with 5 questions and you only want to keep those responses where at least 4 questions are answered, so here what you can do is apply a filter saying that "Q4 is not empty" and the responses which will appear are the ones you want to keep.
