I create my survey reports in Qualtrics and send out the public report links to internal members, and many times they will take graphs right from that report for their presentations, therefore I always make sure that our reports in Qualtrics are done in our branded colors. I have to constantly add in the color scheme to each new report. Is there a way to set a theme and forget about it like with the Survey themes?

I found a solution. When creating a report you can open up "Report Settings" and add the Color Scheme you would like. And then in the bottom left hand corner of that box you can select "Save as my default settings." Doing this will save the color scheme you chose and you can just use your personal default setting when creating reports so it will carry over the color settings without you having to put in each colors hex code every time.
