I’m trying to distribute a survey via email, and when I go to my library, nothing comes up. If I go directly to the library from the main menu, it’s full of messages, but from within Create Email, it’s blank. Searching does no good. I’ve tried another browser, and rebooting my computer. Colleagues are seeing the same thing. What’s up?

I recommend ensuring that the messages in your library are saved correctly as 'Messages' and categorized under the Message type as 'Email Invite'. If they are saved in this manner, please verify that they were saved from your user account. Additionally, check if there is a 'Group' section in your library and ensure that all messages are saved within it. So that you can access all of them.

Thanks Sachin. They are all saved as messages already. I don’t see a “group” section within my library. There is an organization library as well, and I can’t see anything in that drop down box either. See below.

Additionally, please confirm the location you clicked in the provided screenshot to access the popup. I assume you clicked on 'Load Message', located in front of 'Message'.
OMG!!! I’m an idiot!!! i was clicking on “subject” not “load message”!!!! I don’t know why, I’ve done it right countless times. THANK YOU!
I am also having the same issue as SSTEIN was. However, I AM trying to load from “load messages”, and it’s still coming up blank. Screenshot provided. Any further suggestions? The message I’m trying to send is saved in my library folder as a message. It’s uncategorized.
I’ve tried the word uncategorized, the name of the actual file, and just simply leaving the search field blank to populate as a drop-down. None of these works.
