I created a survey about a month ago and distributed the link to many recipients. After a while with 0 responses, I realised whlist the link works, it does not record the responses.

The link works fine and allows you to see the survey and submit your response, it just doesn’t appear in the reports tab and shows 0 responses still. I have tested this multiple times.

I have since generated a new link, but I have lost all of the data and previous responses. How can I get this response data back from the original link? It is very important.

Reach out to Qualtrics support as soon as possible. They may have  backups that can help recover your lost data.

I reached out to Qualtrics support who helped me identify the issue.

It seems I was generating the link from a different survey, and the results have been recorded in there.
