I’m planning to give a brief presentation on our work with Qualtrics. To wrap it up effectively, I’d like to provide participants with a QR code linking to an anonymous Qualtrics survey at the end of the presentation. The survey will be used to gather feedback on the presentation and to identify colleagues who are also interested in Experience Management.

Here's where I could use your help: I want the survey to not only serve its purpose but also to showcase the powerful and innovative features Qualtrics offers. It should stand out and leave a lasting impression. Do you have any creative ideas on what we could include - such as unique question types, AI integration, automations/follow-ups or other advanced features? E.g., an automated follow-up mail is planned as well.

I think the audio/video response would be very interesting to show as it’s recent and innovative.

@AlexandreLeduc I was actually also thinking about some video response but I am a bit sceptical that someone will use it. Most of the colleagues will watch the session remotely. Not sure if someone will be open to provide a video. But could be worth a try and I will put it on my list.

Enabling the option to record audio only might help if respondents are a bit too shy to leave a video response… Food for thought !

@chackbusch The TextiQ Powered Survey Flow is something that could wow them by grabbing idea out of what they’re typing (not what normal survey logic could do) and analyze it right away.

@Nam Nguyen Also good hint, thank you! I am just checking if we can use the response clarity validation as well to get some more AI touch into the survey. And listening to the AI demo session to see if there is anything else available.
