Hello everyone,

I'm looking for guidance on managing survey distribution and contact updates using Qualtrics, particularly with the "retake survey" feature. Our goal is to have individuals retake the survey annually to update their information.

Here's the process we're considering:

  1. Including a question in the survey to confirm if the current contact remains the point of contact (POC).
  2. If they are no longer the POC, prompting them to provide contact information for the new person.
  3. Utilizing Qualtrics' "retake survey" functionality to resend the survey link to the new contact if there is a change in POC.

Could anyone suggest best practices or methods within Qualtrics to automate this process effectively? Specifically, how can we ensure seamless email confirmation and survey distribution to update contact information annually?
