One would think that Qualtrics, being a "market research" company, would pay attention to its long time customers. Nope.
Besides all the other issues Crosstabs iQ has (if not just one big bug), it continues to NOT load a survey database which has been updated with fewer respondents.
The "workaround" is to make a variable, then it may update, to then go back to delete that variable. Basically, a boatload of work to update your database for the crosstab.
This is just one of a long line of issues this and the previous built-in crosstab module had. I would say just use it for toplines and use another service.
Hi Robert_Maihofer --
I'm very sorry to read you feel Qualtrics is not paying attention to customers.
This week we arranged a private feedback session for you with a UX team member in an effort to make sure you feel heard and acknowledged regarding the quotas dashboard and the challenges you face; we're sorry if these efforts do not feel like enough.
I tagged you in another post this week encouraging you to join our UX Panels so you have a direct line of feedback to the UX team. I'd strongly encourage you to join so you have the opportunity to share feedback like this directly with Qualtrics staff who can affect the change you seek.
In the meantime, we'll make sure this feedback is shared internally. Thank you for your latest round of thoughts on how we can make the product better for our customers!
