Hello,
I am relatively new to Qualtrics and would like to apologize in advance that I might be using the incorrect language.

I am trying to create a survey where respondents vote on 3 categories for a group. I have these groups made as individual questions. The survey format I am using is Matrix/standard likert (3 statements with 10 scale points). The questions need to have the average score total based on all responses. When I have exported my data, I am getting an overall score of all data combined, instead of individual scores. I have tried score and insert piped text but not getting the results needed. Is this something that Qualtrics is capable of? I’ve attached a photo of what I’m looking for in case it is helpful (this is how SurveyMonkey would export the data - it has a total and a weighted total). Thanks for your help and suggestions!

I may not be understanding, but is there a reason you matrixed the questions? If you need aggregated score results for each question, you might find it easier to provide per question responses by utilizing the Multiple Choice option instead of Matrix, allowing each question to sit “on its own”. You can set up 1-10 scale questions in Multiple Choice by choosing Number of choices as 10.  Again, I may not be fully understanding here. I also had a very hard time reading your attached picture.
