Meta data not populating.

Have you published the change?  Where in Data & Analysis are you looking?

Your metadata will be stored in a question element in Data & Analysis with a structure similar to the matrix question:

You should be able to find it under the question, not under “survey metadata” in Data & Analysis. It’s a little misleading.

I have published the change.

Its in 

The NPS question has a script which will auto advance the question.

The question is embedded in an email sent from SFMC.  So it will prepopulated based on the scale chosen from email.

There is a recommendation on this question. You should see that maybe it can resolves the issue.

Hi @praveengeorgeix , Please check your Question per page settings as well (Screenshot attached below). Please keep it blank. it should not be 1 question per page. Also please check your block, block containing meta info should not be under any branch logic. Also check your layout, hope no one have changed the layout as simple after adding this question, else this question will not capture the browser information. Make sure to check these setting properly and publish the survey.

Thats a good insight. Actually we need to keep it blank for the meta to work. I have kept 1 in that section. I just removed 1 and it works. thank you, Praveen

You can add a Meta Info Question to any page of your survey; however, it is recommended to place it in the first block. Additionally, avoid using the "simple layout" when incorporating this question. You can find more information here
