Missing ID Values for New Responses in Qualtrics Since October 22 | XM Community

I'm experiencing an issue where new responses in my Qualtrics survey no longer have unique values in the id column. This issue began on October 22, 2024, and until that date, every response included a unique ID as expected.

Older responses collected before October 22 do have unique ID values in the id field, so I'm unsure what might have changed in Qualtrics to cause this. Could there be a setting that was unintentionally changed, or is this a known bug?

 

@aji3 Where do you get that id field? Embedded Data from Contact info or in survey URL, that is a good place to start the investigation. Because as I know, there’s no Qualtrics default, metadata field named “id”
