Hi all - Is there a meta data / piping value hiding somewhere that records if a user is on a mobile device or desktop device?

Hello @Pete_L,

There are multiple methods to accomplish this task. One straightforward approach is to include a Metainfo question in your survey, placed within a block visible to all respondents. This will provide you with more comprehensive client information beyond just mobile or non-mobile.

Alternatively, if you specifically require only mobile or non-mobile information, you can implement the following in your survey flow:

Thank you @Sachin Nandikol ! I did not realize you could do branching off of device type. This completely works for what I’m trying to do.

That begs the question: if Device Type is a branchable object, shouldn’t there be some kind of ${...} reference to it hiding somewhere under the hood?

@Sachin Nandikol Does this only work if you add the Metainfo question before publishing the survey and collecting responses?  Is there any way to tell the device type after the responses are collected if this question wasn’t added?  Thanks!

Hello @Melissa_J,

Yes, this only works if you add the Metainfo question before publishing the survey and collecting responses.
