Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on implementing two intercepts for the same website triggered by different events. However, I've encountered an issue: Qualtrics only provides a single code snippet.

When testing the second intercept with a different event logic, the first intercept displays instead of the intended second one.

I'm seeking advice on how to ensure that the correct intercept creative launches when using the intercept code snippet. Any guidance or insights on managing multiple intercepts through Qualtrics would be greatly appreciated!

 

Same issue. Can someone advise? My second doesn’t invoke the first, but shows up when I visit the component where I have the first one’s journey begin. 

Same here, I think… I’m very new to Qualtrics/XM but most things seem to make sense.  However, I’m having trouble wrapping my head around this one.

 

 I have 1 intercept project with 2 intercepts:

  1. Quick Feedback (always show)
  2. Customer Survey (show once per month)

However, I can only ever see #1’s button appear...never #2.  (even if I set #2 to always show & try reordering the intercepts)

Try to use the same intercept for your pop up surveys. you can have the 2. customer survey on the first action set logic and have it popup once per month, and 1. quick feedback popup on the second action set.
