I made 2 surveys to be used as evaluation tools. The surveys were printed out and people filled them out by hand. I downloaded the survey as a csv file so I could manually upload the data. When I went to upload the results both surveys I made are no longer there. They're not in my library and I know I didn't delete them. Is there a way to get them back or am I going to have to remake both?
Your account library would not be the place to find an active survey, but this sounds unusual. If you cannot find the surveys in the Home or Projects page of your account, then I suggest contacting Qualtrics support for assistance.
arielk your brand administrator may also be able to search for the missing surveys. I'm not sure how many surveys you have in your account or familiarity with the product, but I remember being a new user and not realizing I had hit the point where my surveys were wrapping on to a second page of listings so it looked like some disappeared when I didn't notice the next page button.
arielk Hm, this sounds like it may not be intended functionality. If you haven't already, as MatthewM suggested, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team, as they are best equipped to handle an issue like this
Hi arielk, have you solved the problem? I am having the same problem with you. I'll use my survey tomorrow, but now found that it is gone.
